Two Tickets to any available Delta Classical series performance of 23/24 season.
The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra (ASO), currently in its 79th season, continues to affirm its position as one of America's leading orchestras with excellent live performances, renowned guest artists and engaging education initiatives. In Nathalie Stutzmann's second year as Music Director, the ASO continues to program the most expressive and evocative repertoire.
This year marks the bicentenary of composer Anton Bruckner, which will be celebrated by two weeks of concerts exploring this work. In addition to Bruckner’s Te Deum with the chorus during the Bruckner festival, Nathalie leads Verdi’s operatic Requiem and an intriguing program of Brahms choral works in the fall. This year, the ASO is welcoming many new guest artists, as well as welcoming back some treasured friends, including the incomparable Renée Fleming and Joshua Bell. Among the new faces this season are harpist Xavier de Maistre, who will join in Opening Weekend, and Maria João Pires, a world renowned pianist who has never played in Symphony Hall. In addition to these performances and many more, Nathalie also leads a program with artistic giant Daniil Trifonov in spring of 2024.
