The Flying Biscuit is famous for their grits and biscuits (baking almost 5,000 biscuits per week at each location), their loyal guests throughout the Southeast come join us to enjoy Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner throughout the day.
Their first café opened for breakfast in 1993 in a quiet neighborhood called Candler Park on the east side of Atlanta.
More than 20 years later, they are an institution–growing to 25 locations throughout Georgia, North Carolina, Florida and Texas. But they've always kept that quintessential neighborhood spirit and focused on Southern-inspired menu of comfort food made with fresh ingredients.
